In light of recent events, the Soulshine at Sea with Michael Franti event scheduled for November 4-8, 2025, is cancelled.
We are actively working to announce a new event that will sail November 4-8, 2025. Additional details were shared on Monday, August 18.
As we communicated on Friday, August 15 to booked guests, all guests will be offered options regarding their reservations, which include a full refund or future Sixthman credit.

Only the Lead Passenger can make a selection for the reservation in their Sixthman Account. All Lead Passengers must submit their selections by 11:58pm ET on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
If no selection is made, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Payments will then be refunded by check, mailed to the Lead Passenger at the address on file at a later date.
If you are the Lead Passenger on your Soulshine at Sea reservation and need to make a selection, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Sign in to Sixthman.net/account
Step 2: Select from the available options, which are:
- Transfer your reservation to Live Loud Fest and receive a 20% discount off your original cabin fare, plus a complimentary Unlimited Open Bar Package* for your entire cabin.
- Cancel and exchange for a credit towards a future Sixthman festival. This credit must be redeemed by or before December 31, 2027.
- Cancel for a full refund, inclusive of Travel Protection premiums and beverage packages purchased via Sixthman. We encourage all Lead Passengers to log in and make a selection. Refunds can be processed to your credit card ONLY if you log in, choose Cash Refund, and provide and verify your card details.
*Guests under 21 years of age will receive a complimentary Soda Package—one package per eligible guest.
Step 3: Once the refund/transfer period ends at 11:58 pm on September 2, 2025, Sixthman will process the request. The Lead Passenger will receive a follow-up email once the refund has been processed or the new Live Loud Fest reservation is active.
*Please Note: If the Lead Passenger selects Cash Refund, the Traveling Companion(s) will not be able to add any credit card information until the Lead Passenger has made a selection for the reservation.
If you are a Travel Companion on your Soulshine at Sea reservation:
If the Lead Passenger on your reservation selects the Cash Refund option, you, the Travel Companion, will be able to log in to your Sixthman Account to add your credit card information for your portion of the refund.
You will ONLY be able to see the option to add your credit card information in your Sixthman Account after your Lead Passenger makes this selection.
If your Lead Passenger elects to receive a refund, these will be processed within 30 days after the refund window closes on September 2, 2025.

Yes! You have until 11:58 pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, to make your final choice. If you have already made a selection and would like to change it BEFORE this time, you can simply log back into your account and change your selection.
If you have already made a selection, but changed your mind, you can update your choice in your Sixthman Account at any time until the refund window closes on September 2, 2025. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Sign in to Sixthman.net/account
Step 2: Click the "Reset and select another?" button in the box where you made your selection. This will reset the options, and you can choose again.
Step 3: Once the refund/transfer period ends on September 2, 2025, Sixthman will process your request. You will receive a follow-up email once your refund has been processed or your new Live Loud Fest reservation for Live Loud Fest is active.

If you would like to make changes to your new Live Loud Fest reservation (i.e, change the Lead Passenger or guest names, change occupancy, etc) but do NOT wish to cancel the entire cabin, please contact our Guest Services team before 6:00 pm on September 2, 2025. All associated name change fees will be waived.
